Super Size Me is a documentary film in 2004 directed by and starring Morgan Spurlock, an American independent filmmaker.

The film follows an experiment conducted by the director: for a month (30 days) ate only food of known worldwide chain of fast food McDonald's, three times a day, every day - stopping at the same time any physical activity - and documenting all physical and psychological changes that occurred.
